What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) for our website packages. We also take direct deposit for websites paid annually in advance.
Why are subscriptions paid in advance non-refundable?
Unfortunately it is one of the requirements of our multi-currency merging facility that any annual subscriptions paid up front are non-refundable. If you pay by the month, you are still free to cancel at any time. However the pre-paid portion of your subscription is not refundable.
How long will it take?
In 7 to 10 working days from the receipt of the content form a preview will be made viewable online.
