Accounting firms create websites to predominately provide information to current and potential clients.
For this reason it is very rare that a firm’s website will link to external sites or have links inwards. Quite simply, there are few opportunities for relevant links that will not undermine traffic towards the firm’s site.
In addition, when sharing links a website also shares its Google ranking. So linking to unknown pages, or irrelevant pages, actually works against Search Engine Optimisation by decreasing the website’s page rank.
