Everybody wants to know how and why a website is ranked so to achieve their own prominence online.
However there is no clear cut and fully transparent model to work by as there are a large number of variables involved in Google’s website indexing process. These factors, which are continuously updated and altered, cannot be controlled or determined by website designers.
Nevertheless, Google has its ‘guidelines’ available online, which outline which elements, when implemented, help Google index a website. Websites should follow the following basic principles issued by Google if they are to increase their chances of being indexed.
