Is Client Central Document Management branded the same way as my website?
Client Central Document Management is a separate application to your site. Because of this we have a common interface or look. When clients do log on, you firm is identified as the person who is managing that particular session.

Can there be more than one user who can access documents from the client’s end?
Yes. Each of your clients can have many users and each user can have differing levels of permissions to access different file types.

How does Client Central Document Management handle group companies or groups made up of separate companies?
Client Central Document Management allows you to set up a primary entity for a client and associate sub entities. For example, a client is part of ABC group that includes several companies, partnerships and SMSFs. Each of these sub-entities can be attached to the primary entity and each entity will have differing security levels controlling who may access that particular entity.

Where is my data located?
All data is located in a secure site within Australia.
