Your Firm Online will soon be offering a member area system to our clients for their websites. With this system in place, clients can have an area of their website with restricted access for members only.
Any area of your site, such as a blogging section, can be blocked off from the public and made available only to clients or registered members through a sign-in form. You can also add tiered membership packages, such as bronze, silver, gold and platinum, which limit how much information members and clients can see on restricted pages, based on what package they have registered for.
A fee can be attached to subscription packages if so desired, or access could simply be granted to any registered user, allowing you to collect contact information and add new potential clients to your database.

In the coming weeks we will be adding e-commerce systems to many of our clients’ sites. These systems will allow firms to sell products online from their websites, and will link with PayPal for ease of use.
e-Commerce systems facilitate electronic payments online, often through an intermediary such as PayPal. The system we will soon be offering will be quick, easy to use, and completely secure, giving your clients peace of mind when they purchase products from you online.
Adding an e-commerce system can add value to your website for your clients, saving them and you time and money, while also increasing traffic to your website. It also has the added bonus of working as a marketing tool, allowing visitors to your site to see what products you have available in addition to your services.

SendNews is a new email notification system that will automatically draw content from the news section of your website and generate an email to send out to your subscribers. You can set the system up to automatically send a mailout to your subscribers list on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, or whenever new material is published on your news page.
The email format can be customised, and will include a summary of all of your news articles, as well as a URL link that will direct readers to the full article on your website. This will keep your clients up to date with what is happening in your firm, as well as helping to increase traffic to your website.
This system will also feature an area that can handle subscription requests on your website, allowing users to subscribe to your site online by submitting their details to you through an easy-to-use registration form. New subscribers will then be added to your email notification list, to receive regular updates along with all existing subscribers.
